Defeat

I recorded a few of the very early rough stages for this new image - I had left behind my usual planning and leapt into finding blocks of colors and rough forms early.  Soon into the process I abandoned my initial reference images and concept as this new inspiration naturally emerged.  

While the angry archetype (center) for this character was very alluring, I decided on a moment of thought after a near death experience.
